Customer Testimonials
We know that your main concern lies in the integrity of the companies you do business with. Especially with internet-based businesses, it is often difficult to determine the true values and goals of your supplier. Here you will find Puget System’s customer testimonials. Entries from our customers are not restricted, and are audited only for inappropriate content. It is our goal to give you a clear picture of our service and product quality, straight from the mouths of our customers. We appreciate any feedback, positive or negative, that you have!

Puget built me a great lap top, which is compact and light to carry, but feels solid, and looks good! I am very pleased with the level of functionality attained, and will be going back to Puget for new home and work desk tops shortly. Full marks to Daniel for spot on tech support and brilliant customer service. I absolutely endorse his recommendation of the Intel SSD: it is in a different league from an old style HDD.

I currently have three computers that I purchased from HP over the past few years. I was looking to replace my HP Vista (32) computer that is just over 4 years old. I looked at the options that HP offered but I kept remembering how difficult it was to decrapify my HP computers. I did not want to go through that again. Plus, I wasn’t satisfied with the options that HP was offering in customizing a new computer. Dell offers even fewer options than HP. I did some searching and found Puget Systems web site. This was the start of the best computer purchase I have ever made. I was pleasantly surprised with the options offered in customizing a new computer, and that no bloatware is installed. I began my order process online on May 9, and also spoke with Jeff Stubbers, who was very knowledgeable in helping me configure my system. I wanted a computer that could handle Adobe Photoshop CS6 and Lightroom. My new Puget Serenity arrived by FedEx on May 16. It was ready to go after unpacking (packed very well). No bloatware and with recent Windows updates installed. I have put it to the test with some graphic intensive projects in CS6 and Lightroom, all with excellent performance. Plus, the Serenity is quite as advertised. Whenever I have a need to purchase another computer it will be from Puget Systems. I recommend this company to anyone looking to buy a new computer.

Great service, great computer. The tech support always seemed perfectly happy to help me on all my questions, even the really stupid ones that with a little effort I could’ve found out for myself. Helped me every step of the way. Originally, I was going to find out what I needed, figure out the approximate cost, then build it myself, but THIS is why I bought from them. Anyways, I recommend this company to anyone looking to get a new custom computer.

As a photographer who uses wide-gamut color spaces in my work, I needed a matte, wide gamut screen for my Traverse 15″ laptop. When I saw Puget’s news release that they would be offering TFT matte screens that would display 95% of the NTSC color space, (which is very similar to Adobe RGB), I jumped on it.
After a couple of e-mails with Wilson, my sales rep, I received instructions on how to return my computer for the upgrade. Well, I have now had time to use the new screen and I am impressed! I really appreciate the matte screen for its lack of glare, good viewing angles, and clean and crisp color, even with colors that push the limits of Adobe RGB.
The upgrade was flawless, and the skill and care taken by Puget’s service and support staff was outstanding! I received updates via e-mail and regular updates under my account on Puget’s website. They also updated Windows and ran a series of benchmarks in order to ensure that when my laptop went out the door and back to me it was working as good as new.
Until this upgrade, I had never had to use Puget’s Repair/Upgrade services so I can say that they take as great a care with this service as they do when they build a new computer for you.
So, once again Puget Systems does it right! Many thanks for job well done!

Fantastic machine, fantastic service, fantastic people!! From first submitting a request for estimate, thru emails and phone call with Jeff Stubbers, to receiving my machine in a short time, this has been a great experience. Machine is awesome, does exactly what I wanted at the speed I expected. The attention to detail in all phases of this order was exemplary. Puget Systems is to be commended on their quality as well as their people.

I like buying my computers from Puget. This is my third one. I like William George. He’s the rep who answers the phone to take your order. He’s super-qualified. Click on the Resources tab at the Puget homepage and you’ll find his article on configuring gaming PCs. Elsewhere he writes on solid state drives. Google his name with Core i5 in the query and his 2010 article on the Intel line of iCore processors comes up. This is the guy Puget has answering the phones. That says a lot about the company. If you’re self-directed like I am, you’ll enjoy exploring the Puget website. It’s all true what what you see on the video. This is really a company that sacrifices a little off its bottom line to provide you with a first-rate commitment to building what you ask for. To Josh, Kyle, William, and Stacey — the people primarily responsible for building my three speedy Puget PCs — you got a good thing going at Auburn. You could teach the competition a few things on how to build a great computer.

Just left a review on Reseller’s on a couple of Obsidian workstations I purchased, but wanted to note here how pleased I am with the purchase. We’ve had these for a little over two months and they have worked flawlessly. It seems Puget appeals more to discriminating consumers than businesses, but I see this as missed opportunity for the ill informed. Business users – you have to figure the value of your time into the decision. A few hours of a professional’s time more than offsets the difference in cost between the range of supplier’s prices. Puget offers an excellent value for a solid machine. For smaller businesses that properly account for their time, the Puget Obsidian line is a smart purchase.

I started by looking at the different vendors of quiet systems as that was one of my primary reasons for swapping out my PC (apart from the fact the old one was getting on in years).
After looking around for a week or so, I decided to try Puget Systems. I spent over an hour in a chat session with Jeff going over the different possibilities, before deciding to get a customized Serenity.
Jeff made some recommendations, which I took and I placed my order. Estimated shipping time was a week later, so it was great to see the progress of the build on the website as well as the pictures once it was ready and of course the performance benchmarks (my only request would be to show some comparison benchmarks on this page to get an idea of what differences there might be. Maybe against some standard builds?).
The PC shipped as scheduled, and it finally arrived. Packing was excellent and surprised me with its size and everything that was in it. Finally got to plug it in, and that was a joy. Almost no noise at all and fast. It was a pleasure doing business with Puget Systems and will certainly use them for the next system when it is time. Great job!
