The Silverstone ST45SF-G power supply is a special, small form factor power supply for some of Silverstone's ITX cases. It is very efficient, with an 80 PLUS Gold rating, but limited on wattage due to size. For an ITX-based system it should be plenty, though, as such computers can only fit one video card and a limited number of drives.
Please note that due to the smaller size of this PSU, it cannot be used in larger cases which are designed for full ATX power supplies.
