The primary PCI-Express 5.0 x16 slot is perfect for a video card - though one is not required, if the built-in graphics from the Intel processor is sufficient for your workflow. Additional PCIe x1 and x4 slots are also available for other expansion cards.
For external connectivity, it has both analog and digital audio outputs, 2.5Gb Ethernet, WiFi 6E, Bluetooth 5.1, ten USB ports of varying speeds (including a couple Type C), and HDMI & DisplayPort outputs for the on-chip Intel graphics.
