So, I had my desktop machine built by Puget Systems, in 2009. That’s right, 10 years ago! Aside from memory and graphics card upgrades this box has been running like a charm, and will continue to do so (my son is exited to inherit it). Of course my new one is a system from Puget as well, and I’m delighted that the service and attention to detail that Puget provides is at the same stellar level as it was 10 years ago. Following the build process through the status updates is an absolute delight, and I’m very much looking forward to see my machine arrive next week.

I had a difficult time looking for a good computer company. I cared about the performance and the uses for my next desktop. Never again will I get one from a big chain type of store, it had too much ‘bloat-ware’ and it did not last long. However, I happened to search for this computer company. After reading so many reviews from real people, watching videos, and reading information provided on the website, I decided to take action. I’ve coordinated with a staff member in sales, helped me get started on the process. Also, a great thing to know is that while the desktop was being built, statistics were provided, it was an amazing thing to see. To make a long story short, the shipment was very quick and when I first turned on the system, it was very silent, which I value too. An ‘A plus’ quality, would do business with them again in the future. Thank you!

This testimonial was written a little more than a year after purchasing my desktop system from Puget. Earlier on, I planned on writing an admiring, glowing, and full of praise description of both my buying experience and the initial performance of this new system. But, after reviewing some of the previous testimonials, I could see that praise was obviously not lacking and I thought that perhaps if I waited a while I might find something else of substance to write about. Something that might be more meaningful to new readers. Something that might include problems, issues, or disappointments. Well, a year has gone by and I have now tired of waiting. All has been good and all is still good. All the praises you will find in other testimonials do apply here, too. So, instead of repeating words like fast, quiet, cool, silent, stable, expertise, helpful, informative, I’ll leave only a few words that describe my reasons for choosing Puget Systems. Everyone has differing reasons. I hope mine are interesting or helpful to you.

I don’t use my computer for professional purposes. I use it mostly for personal enjoyment and have been purchasing home computers since the 1990’s. Or earlier. Can’t recall exactly when I got my first but I do know it was back when Radio Shack was selling their TRS-80 and Color Computers. Since then I’ve purchased or built several more and used them primarily to support my interest in photography. When I turned 80 years old (last year), I decided to treat myself with the PC of my dreams. After lots of research, I found Puget Systems. I described my photography needs/applications to Puget and they assisted in establishing the specs for what I purchased: a cool, quiet, fast, stable desktop computer. One of the previous testimonials that I read said: “Everything else (Dell, Lenovo, etc.) seems like a toy after you use a Puget Systems.” Perfectly put.

One additional comment: In all my earlier computers that I bought or built, I always found myself having to tweak the Windows operating system’s user settings as time went by. I almost think that Puget anticipated the user needs of someone like me and preset the optimum choices. All I know is that Windows 10 has performed flawlessly since day one. Maybe I should be giving the credit to Microsoft instead …. but I doubt it. All I know is everything is rock solid and I’m now a happy octogenarian.

My Puget Systems desk top has now run non-stop for three years. It is as quiet (music editing!), fast, and reliable as it was on day one. I want you to know how pleased I am with my purchase. I am a repeat customer, and glad to be your customer. Order 131348.

I tend to look for companies that do business the right way. Until finding Puget Systems, I hadn’t found any in the PC business. Puget’s builds priced favorably to the rest of the market, but the real value isn’t just the well-designed systems, its the level of service. I gave Jeff a detailed list of needs and he guided me toward the right components and build. From then on, I was informed at every step of the process: who was working on my PC and what they were doing. The give tons of info on the parts they use and why, a wealth of info on my system (benchmarks, thermal imaging, etc.), and the final delivered product is flawless (it was so well packed, the FedEx guy who delivered it was impressed!) They provide an old-school binder manual, recovery disks and drive, and a flawlessly built PC — tidy cable management, lots of efficient and quiet cooling, and great parts. The PC is fast, quiet (often inaudible), no bloatware, everything was installed and ready to go (including all available updates). It boots fast, it runs better than any previous PC I’ve owned, and I have no doubt it will be far more reliable also. Puget Systems does it right. I’ve paid premium prices before, but this is the first time I got equal value! My Puget PC doesn’t look flashy, but it’s a beast of a system, backed up by people who really seem to care about building a machine that does what I need. I’ve a hard time imagining buying a PC from anyone else ever again.

Two things stand out for me when watching Jon’s video giving an overview of Puget Systems. First, their sales staff actually will talk you down from more expensive systems. Frankly they’ve saved me over a thousand dollars. Second, his comments about transparency and relationships, by which he means trust. I bought a system from Puget nine years ago, and they supported me ever since. When I felt the need to modernize with a new system, there was only one company on my list of candidates.

This is the first computer purchased from Puget (Aug 2018). The experience was enjoyable. Jeff answered my questions when were we determining what I needed for my system. Puget kept me informed every step of the way and the computer arrived trouble free sooner than promised. I am very satisfied with the computer and will recommend to my friends that they contact Puget next time they need a computer. To date I have not had a reason to call for any problems or questions. This company is first class.

Trying to find a legitimate workstation that will handle Octane was a nightmare. After years on Mac, I looked at the iMac Pro and winced at the specs and the ridiculous price. No NVIDIA, over $12K for an adequate machine? After days looking, I found Puget Systems.

• AND the price was by far the best out there. In fact, they saved me money by helping me direct my budget toward the components that were most helpful for the applications I was using.

TL;DR Puget Systems should give other companies lessons in customer service, value and quality. I’m a fan and will be ordering from them again soon.

There are no words to express the level of comfort and satisfaction having being a customer of Puget systems. The timely process from the confirmation of the order to the building of the machine and being informed at every stage. Excellent and knowledgeable support staff who are able to tailor the system specs to my specific need. The after sales support, even after two years of purchase they want to make sure every thing is ok with you. Purchased a Serenity system here six years ago. Recently damaged one of the front USB ports by accident, and sought out replacement options for the port module. Case manufacturer support advised the specific model (Antec P183) had been discontinued, and no parts available. Searched eBay, Amazon.com, Google, no solution. Checked the Puget site, and immediately found a replacement port module available at a reasonable price. I think it’s a great testimonial of the ability of Puget Systems to provide product support after the sale!
