Jon Allman

Jon joined the Puget Systems Support team in April, 2018, and does his best to turn bad days into great experiences. Jon previously worked in customer-service oriented roles as a PC builder, a support technician and a Jr. systems administrator. He believes those experiences help him tremendously at Puget Systems, where the customer experience is paramount. Jon loves getting to the bottom of technical issues, and won’t rest until he’s helped you find the answers you need. Jon transitioned to the Labs team in 2023, where his focus is on evaluating AI-powered tools and the hardware needed to run them. He also enjoys running and hiking on our beautiful Pacific Northwest trails.
