Eric Brown

Eric Brown is currently the Sales & Marketing Manager at Puget Systems. Eric has held various positions with a background spanning over a decade within the company. Puget Systems hired Eric in 2013 to help in production with the holiday rush, and he’s been here ever since.

Starting as a Production Technician, Eric gained firsthand experience assembling computer systems before transitioning into roles that allowed him to engage directly with clients. As an Account Manager, he focused on nurturing long-term relationships liaising between customers and internal teams to ensure their needs were met effectively. This is where Eric found his true passion: learning how our customers use our systems and what we could do better to serve them.

In his subsequent roles as Solutions Program Manager and Marketing Lead, he led the expansion of the Solutions Program, focusing on optimizing workstations for specific use cases and enhancing the overall user experience. Additionally, Eric spearheaded marketing initiatives, developing and executing strategies across various platforms to elevate brand visibility and support customer engagement efforts.

In his current Sales & Marketing Manager role, Eric continues to leverage his extensive experience and strategic vision to drive business growth and foster client and partner relationships. He uses his collaborative approach, coupled with a deep understanding of market dynamics, to position Puget Systems to continue meeting the evolving needs of its customers.

Eric has a BS in Environmental Geology from the University of Washington and was a member of the Husky Marching Band and the Husky Basketball Band. Because of that experience, he is a big Husky Football and Seahawks fan.
