The computer arrived on time, and included all that I needed for setup. The initial consultation with Eric assured me that the computer included what I needed/wanted. It was fun (and helpful) to be able to see the progress of the build through the Puget Systems website–cheers and thank you to the team!

I have purchased two systems over the past five years and Puget Systems has been with me any time I had a question about hardware or software issues.

Wow! I was blown away by the customer service at Puget Systems. From the first call, their sales specialist designed the perfect laptop workstation for my unique video and photo editing workflow. They took over an hour on my initial call to explain to me in layman’s terms the computer components and answered all of my questions. I had several follow-up phone calls that other reps handled with the same professionalism. After I ordered the computer, they updated me via email on each and every step of the build process. They even sent me actual pictures of my finished computer just before it was overnight mailed to me! Who provides that kind of personal service anymore? I felt like I was looking at my new baby’s pictures! Awesome! The entire build was completed under the time frame they estimated and the computer has performed beyond my expectations. Puget Systems has gained a customer for life. P.S. – When I called another computer custom build company and I told them I was also looking at a Puget Systems laptop, they said, “Oh, they are the best – I would definitely buy from them.” Enough said. I ended the phone call with them and immediately placed my order. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

This is the third computer I’ve bought from Puget, and I’m still a huge fan. The first one I bought from them was working like a champ, almost like the day it arrived 6.5 years ago. The only reason I replaced it was Windows 11 support and the excuse to upgrade from a 1080ti to a 4090! Puget computers just work. The company checks them ahead of time thoroughly and make sure you don’t get a lemon. They are well worth the money.

I bought one of Puget’s laptops for CAD work. Although one of the RAM modules degraded a few weeks after the purchase, we were able to easily diagnose and resolve the issue, and the laptop works great now.
The laptop is fantastic for CAD work- the fan gets somewhat loud when you move CAD assemblies around quickly, but that is much, much preferable to me over processor throttling to deal with heat.
I have gotten multiple desktops from Puget as well and they are all fantastic in form and function. I just won’t go anywhere else at this point.

I bought my first Puget Systems PC in 2017. I came to them because I’d heard great things about the customizability of their machines and the company’s great service. They didn’t disappoint. When it was time for a new machine, I didn’t consider anybody else. Same great customizability and service. It’s especially satisfying watching the system proceed through their manufacturing process. It arrived quickly and performed exactly as expected, anywhere from two to five times the speed of my previous machine, depending on the operation. I had some minor, but mysterious, problems that were due to my environment, but they helped me track them down and eliminate them. I expect to use Puget for any future systems, and will recommend them to anyone looking for a PC.

I am a programmer who dabbles in graphic design & CNC, and Puget Systems has been the sole solution to my computing needs for fifteen years. The three devices they’ve built for me are all still running strong, having outlasted everything else in my office. I will trust no other for the knowledge, care, and attention to detail they put into every custom machine.

I’m a 3D graphics designer, animator and video editor. I had a client who needed realistic renders in 4K and my MAC workflow was too slow. I finally broke down and ordered a Windows machine from Puget. After using it for about 6 months I can say it’s like driving a race car and my only regret is that I wish I bought one sooner. Being a Mac guy for years I was very happy to have a service that knew what I needed in the PC world. Puget was great and put my new machine together quickly and even let me upgrade my processor after my initial order. Now it’s time to save up for that thread-ripper.

From design to consultation to changes to delivery every step was handled with the highest professionalism. I’m never buying a computer from any other source. As video editors we work our computers hard, almost 7 days a week, so we can’t waste time on subpar equipment. Puget built exactly the machine we needed and the process was easy. Don’t think you are going to save money sourcing parts and building your own computer because the time and energy it takes will erase any savings quickly. Highly recommend Puget.

I have recently received a new build from Puget. This is my third custom-built main computer for general use and to support my photo and video editing associated with my textbook authoring and online publishing. The first build was in 2010. This should tell you two things. First I am extremely satisfied with the service and products offered by Puget. Second, their builds are high quality and have each lasted with minimal issues for far longer than the off-the-shelf computers that my wife and others use. Puget is truly an exceptional company, especially for this day and age, when computers and other electronics are far too often built to fail and need replacement far too often. Yes, I am old and I do remember when there were far more companies like Puget. Sad to say, Puget is now among a very few companies that I enjoy doing business with. Their pre-order, order, and build processing service is exceptional and they have always been available to help with the few issues I have encountered with their computers, even years after any warranty has expired. While custom builds may be more expensive than off-the-shelf, the extra cost has been fully worthwhile as issues have been few and Puget has been available to help at any time. I would happily recommend Puget to anyone looking for quality products and exceptional service.
